Green excavation lake in Sękowo, Poland

2020 is fatal year. I am still unable to travel and see volcanoes due to Covid-19 (coronavirus Sars-Cov-2) pandemic. I wanted to visit Iceland again in April/May this year, but all the borders were closed. The pandemic is far from over. So I will show you some pictures of green excavation lake in Sękowo, Wielkopolska, which I took today. This non-volcanic lake reminded me a little bit Taal caldera lake in Luzon, Phillipines. Taal volcano erupted on 12th January 2020. It was beautiful and pretty strong eruption with lovely volcanic lighting.

Larderello volcano, Tuscany, Italy 26.04.2018

Hello. Long time no see. Exactly four years ago on 26th April 2014 I climbed with my friend Icelandic volcano Hekla. Four years later I managed to visit different volcano in Tuscany, Italy called Larderello. It's series of explosion craters known from its intense geothermal activity. The last eruption (phreatic in nature and characteristics) was in 1282 from Lago Vecchienna crater (currently Boracifero Lake). More photos from Le Biancane Natural Park soon.
