I dedicate this blog to volcanoes and lovely volcanic landscapes. I am not a geologist/volcanologist, just a person who enjoys beautifully rough and majestic volcanic scenery. The feeling of being in such an unpredictable and often dangerous area is certainly distinct and unforgettable. All photos by Bart.K

3,718-metre summit crater of Mount Teide reached!
Yes! I finally reached it completely exhausted (but happy!). A 700 m wide crater is a wonderful sight.
