I dedicate this blog to volcanoes and lovely volcanic landscapes. I am not a geologist/volcanologist, just a person who enjoys beautifully rough and majestic volcanic scenery. The feeling of being in such an unpredictable and often dangerous area is certainly distinct and unforgettable. All photos by Bart.K

Steam emissions and sulphurous fumes. Mud pools and active fumaroles. Mythological home of the Roman god of fire, Vulcan. And promise of active and full-filling sex life.
